Flamingo Go Pool

Flamingo Go Pool

When entering the GO Pool at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino, you can actually feel the exciting atmosphere draw you in, as if to promise the best “Pool Party Scene” Las Vegas has to offer.  With gorgeous cocktail attendants, cabana hosts, talented DJ’s, and a Mood Director that is second to none, our GO Pool experience is always one to remember!  The large and spacious pool is surrounded by a generous amount of comfortable lounge chair seating.  We found the multi-tiered cabana and day bed sections well designed and very reasonably priced- with no amenity overlooked.  Go Pool Cabana One of the six cabanas will run you $250.00 Monday through Thursday, and $300.00 on the weekend.  A $200.00 bar tab or a single bottle purchase, which would be approximately $175.00, is required.  We found the prices very reasonable, and far less than what you may find elsewhere.  There are also four daybeds on property at the GO that will run you $75.00 during the week and $125.00 on the weekendThe daybeds here are the only we’ve found that include a free bucket of beer, but don’t forget to tip, as the talented VIP Host and cocktail staff certainly deserve it!  VegasHooka.com is even on site to aid in your relaxation, with hookahs brought directly to you, whether you’re pool side or lounging in your cabana.   The GO Pool also houses a full-service indoor bar, where you can enjoy all your favorite cocktails or take a break from the Vegas sun and mingle with company .  The DJ spins his mix of hip hop, top 40, and mash-ups, the perfect mood compliment to this exciting venue.

As we watched all the beautiful girls take their turn on the only “dancing pole” we’ve seen in a Las Vegas pool, we decided it was time to take a dip in the GO’s perfect, temperature controlled water.  At the Flamingo’s GO Pool you are among a “light hearted and high-energy crowd,” says Mood Director Mike Campbell.  He also adds, “As the GO Pool’s Mood Director my goal is to ensure the enjoyment of each and every person visiting our venue.  We encourage an exciting and fun-loving attitude here. I like to think of everyone as my personal guests, as if I was throwing a pool party in my own backyard.”  We at Scene Las Vegas definitely believe him!  We found a less pretentious, easy going atmosphere here, unlike  some of the other European style pool parties we’ve seen.  Mike says, “I want  all our guests, vacationing tourists or locals, to be able to go home and say they had a better time in my backyard than anywhere else in Vegas!”

You’ll find many things that set the GO Pool apart from other pools.  There are personal tanning assistants, that will not only recommend and provide sun bathing essentials, but will also be happy to apply them for you.   It’s definitely the only place we’ve seen beer pong on a flotation raft, so the games and the party never have to leave the pool.  Sundays are our favorite day when we enjoy “two for one” Dos XX with the Dos XX’s promotion girls, relax in the sun, and plan our following week’s reviews.  Relapse Mondays are the GO’s industry day, where Las Vegas locals can come to party away their long weekend.  The pool’s hours are 9am- 7pm with the cabanas closing one hour early.  Be sure to come in early and stay late to enjoy the after 5pm “happy hour.”

The GO Pool at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino, is definitely our favorite  European style pool experience; where cocktails and sunbathing are brought to life by an extremely talented and dedicated staff.  Whether you’re a local in search of relaxation, or that first time vacationer looking for an unforgettable “Day Club” experience, the GO is one Pool Party Scene you don’t want to miss!

The Sapphire Pool at The Rio Hotel & Casino

Sapphire Pool Review

The Rio All Suite Hotel And Casino is proud to introduce the Sapphire Pool, a truly unique Brazilian pool experience hosted by Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club and After-hours. When entering the pool area we were greeted with professionalism and courtesy. After being briefed on this pool scene’s exciting features, we made our way to our lounge chairs for some relaxation and to enjoy all that Sapphire has to offer. We found all the staff to be knowledgeable and attentive, from the seating and cocktails, to all the polite and gorgeous girls, this is definitely one pool experience you don’t want to miss. In addition to management and security, you’ll find 15 to 30 “Sapphire Girls” on scene daily to help create the ultimate poolside atmosphere. This supremely enticing, yet relaxing venue houses a heated pool, three waterfalls, and their own DJs spinning Top 40 and hip-hop throughout the day. The Sapphire pool is surrounded by bamboo fencing to aid in seclusion, and separating it from the rest of the Rio’s casino pools. The magnificent lagoon pool is encompassed by seven VIP cabanas, luxuriously appointed with personal hosts, as well as twelve day beds. Relax by the pool enjoying your favorite cocktail served by waitresses dressed in bikinis and sarongs for a true Brazilian feel. We found the drinks fairly priced, as we’ve seen much higher at some other casino pools. Bottle prices are also much less than the nightclub industry standard. The landscape, layout, and atmosphere of this “Pool Party Scene” are second to none! Saturdays and Wednesdays here are our first choice, but any day at “The Sapphire Pool” will be one to remember. Whether you’re a local or a Vegas vacationer, we at SceneLasVegas, eagerly recommend The Sapphire Pool at The Rio All Suite Hotel and Casino; for the very best in “Day Club” entertainment. The Sapphire Pool is open daily from 10am- 6pm. With Daybeds and Cabanas from $100-$250 during the week and $250-$500 on the weekend. Daily admission is $10 for ladies everyday, $20 for guys on weekdays and $30 Saturday and Sunday.

If there is anything else you would like to see in further reviews, please don’t hesitate to ask. And after your day on the Pool Party Scene, we at SceneLasVegas.com hope you enjoy your night out!
