The bar has a sophisticated decor with two marble tables, hand-blown glass sculptures, and leather couches. The windows in Caramel allow the patrons to see out into the casino, but not in. Caramel also does a good job of filtering out the casino music so you can hold a conversation. Caramel has a good selection of wines, champagne, beer, and also has a small food selection.
